The Gaggia New Classic Evo E24 model is the latest improvement of the successful Gaggia (New) Classic coffee machine, which has been a leader in the home lever coffee machine market for decades. Gaggia Classic coffee machines are constantly evolving, with the latest version offering a stainless steel filter holder, anti-corrosion treatment of the boiler, a new type of brass alloy head and changes to the internal structure of the components for even easier servicing.
The main improvements of the Classic Evo E24 coffee machine:
Filter holder: The filter holder is now made entirely of stainless steel, which greatly increases its durability.
Coffee maker head: The coffee maker head is made of CW510 brass alloy with a copper content of 58%. The material has excellent thermal properties while maintaining strength and durability.
Boiler and pump: The boilers of the Evo E24 models are made of brass. The boiler offers a 25% higher capacity and is made of an alloy with more than half the copper content, which naturally has a high resistance to corrosion.
Ease of service: The new structure of the internal structure of the coffee machine allows significantly easier access to the components, which will greatly facilitate cleaning, maintenance and possible service.
