Aroma Balance System
The Aroma Balance System from Nivona is a technology found in automatic coffee machines that allows you to customize the coffee extraction process to achieve different flavor profiles. How does it work? Control how water passes through the coffee grounds:

Flow rate;
Brewing time.
This affects which aromatic and flavor components are extracted from the beans. Why is this important? Coffee beans contain up to 800 aromatic notes. With the 5 Aroma Balance System profiles, you can influence the taste by changing the brewing method.

SPUMATORE DUOplus Sense Cappuccino Maker
You can never have too much delicious and aromatic coffee. With the new SPUMATORE DUOplus Sense Cappuccino Maker, built into the spout of the coffee machine, you can simultaneously prepare two cups of espresso or two cups of latte or cappuccino with a thick, smooth, creamy foam with just one touch.
Flying Picture
With Flying Picture Mode, you can upload your company logo, family photo, or favorite image for the standby mode. Simply select the image in the app and transfer it to the display with just a few taps.

Cappuccino Connaisseur
The barista pours the espresso over fine-pored milk foam. Fully automatic coffee machines typically do it the other way around. With the Cappuccino Connaisseur, you decide the order in which the espresso and milk foam fall into the cup.
