Return & Refund Policy

We accept product returns within 14 days.
The item must be unused and in original packaging. Opened coffee can be accepted only in exceptional cases — for example, if we made the wrong grind.

You can bring the item to any of our stores in Tbilisi or Batumi, or send it to us by courier at your own expense.
There is no separate return fee.
After we receive and check the item, the refund is made within 2 working days.
If the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item, we will collect it ourselves or bring a replacement. In this case the full amount paid is refunded, including the original delivery cost.
