Melitta’s new LatteSelect line is a slightly improved version of the Melitta CI Touch coffee machine. It features the IntenseAroma mode instead of the standard mode for Espresso, Ristretto, and Lungo drinks. IntenseAroma allows for a more intense flavor than the standard mode (the coffee extraction process and pre-infusion process in the machine are significantly modified in this mode, increasing the contact time between the same volume of water and the coffee, slowing down the flow, and enhancing the flavor of the coffee). The standard mode is used for other drinks. Additionally, it offers two additional drinks and allows for two more saved profiles.
